EMU Social Dialogue Committee

European citizens have the right to work anywhere in the European Union and SMEs in the metal manufacturing sector contribute to a high level of employment, adequate social protection and social inclusion.

The EMU Social Dialogue Committee follows the national and European development in employment and labour relations, to gather common concerns and to favour exchange between members. Members regularly exchange and analyse on topics such as active employment policies, posted workers rights, wages and working conditions comparison, social protection and pension schemes to make the metal manufacturing labour markets more efficient and adapted to new and changing economic and social realities.
